Opus is a software delivery platform that provides project estimation, provider matching, and milestone tracking services. We act as an intermediary between clients and development providers, facilitating transparent and structured software delivery.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Escrow and Payments

All project payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are released to providers upon successful completion and acceptance of milestones. Opus charges a platform fee as disclosed in our pricing documentation.

5. Provider Vetting

While we verify providers through our vetting process, Opus does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any project. Clients should review provider portfolios and conduct their own due diligence.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Escrow disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our Dispute Resolution process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Opus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
